main plaza helpful staff tidy room amazing cocktail

The hotel sits near many main plazas. the staff seemed helpful. i found the rooms nice and tidy. the bar on the bottom floor is called cafe madrid. The cocktails tasted amazing. i appreciate the location is quite central and close to things.

friendly staff cocktail selection quiet air conditioning

i found the location to be perfect for exploring. the staff were particularly friendly and helpful, a plus. the cafe madrid bar had a lively atmosphere with a great cocktail selection. i also appreciated the quiet air conditioning, a crucial factor .

The room overlooked an internal courtyard. This meant natural light was limited.

some issues

sewage smell disrespectful staff

i booked two rooms there were sewage smells i couldn't tolerate. the hotel staff said this smell is a normal problem. they also said the problem was only limited to our rooms. the smell was so bad i felt sick.

rooftop terrace helpful staff

the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to various attractions. the staff were always helpful and friendly. breakfast offered a nice a la carte menu on the rooftop terrace with lovely views. the café downstairs was also a nice spot for drinks.

the room lacked proper soundproofing, i could hear some noise from the street.
